The Koala's cuisine is based on the local gastronomic tradition and offers some tasty Elban specialties. We try to please every palate: fish specialties prepared with the catch of the day, selection of Chianina meat and Tuscan salami, in winter local game, vegetarian dishes prepared with vegetables harvested in our island.
In our kitchen we produce handmade pasta, typical local liquors and desserts such as traditional cantuccini and schiaccia briaca: this is how we can offer you the flavors of the past, genuine, authentic and unforgettable.
In November we will be closed.
In December we will be open Friday, Saturday evening, Sunday lunchtime and for all the Christmas holidays until Epiphany.

The catch arrives every day directly from the fisherman and from the best fishmongers on the island. We use mainly Tuscan meats and cold cuts, purchased from our trusted butchers in Elba and Greve in Chianti.
In winter we add game dishes typical of Elba's cuisine. The vegetables come from the many gardens that grow on the island, as well as sheep and goat cheeses that are produced on Elba.
Pasta and desserts are produced by us.
