The Koala Restaurant is based on a solid family management: after twenty years of experience at the helm of the restaurant of a well-known tourist village in Capoliverese, the Censi family together with Chef Giuseppe Basile gave life to this wonderful project in the winter of 2006.

A Bit of History...
The name Koala is linked to the foundations of the structure: in the early 80's it was a small hotel run by an Australian family but with Capoliveresi roots.
The affection for the name and the link of all Capoliveri with Australia has meant that there was no other choice but to continue with the name Koala.

Wines occupy an equally important chapter: we will try to guide you in pleasant combinations for each of our dishes.
A large cellar with all the best wineries of the island, labels from all over Tuscany and a selection of small excellences of the Italian wine scene. A wide selection of sparkling wines and a menu dedicated to Passiti and Distillates.

Passito, Distillates and liqueurs
To conclude the dinner in the best way, we propose not only our liqueurs, but also a wide selection of grappa, cognac, armagnac, calvados, whisky and rum from all over the world.
A menu dedicated to Passito wines, Muffati and spirits to accompany at best a dessert, cheese or the end of the meal.
